Welfare
The club is committed to ensuring that the welfare and safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and British Fencing Association’s requirements.
Our club’s Welfare Officer is the designated person within a sports club with primary responsibility for managing and reporting concerns about members of the club whether adult or junior.
The club’s safeguarding policy recognises that the welfare and interests of children are paramount in all circumstances.
